Online prize wheel for your business promotions
Set up a spin-the-wheel promotion with your own prizes and branding, share it with a QR code and let customers play from their phones. Nothing to install.
A promotion people play, not just read
A prize wheel is a simple way to invite customers to take part: they spin the wheel, find out what they have won and walk away with something in return for playing.
With Promyza, you define the promotion: the prizes, how many of each there are, how likely each one is to come up, what details you ask participants for and how the wheel looks.
It is one of the easiest forms of gamification for your business to explain: everybody knows how a wheel works.
How your customer plays
All in their phone's browser, in under a minute.
Scan the QR code
They find it on your table, counter, receipt or booth, or they receive the promotion link.
They fill in the details you chose to ask for and accept the consent notice.
Spin the wheel
They tap the button and the wheel spins until it lands on a prize.
See their prize
They find out what they won straight away and get it by email.
Redeem it
They show their QR code at your business and you confirm the redemption.

How you run it, step by step
Setting up a wheel takes no coding and no technical skills. You do it from your Promyza dashboard in four steps.
1. Create the promotion. Give it a name and dates and, if your plan includes it, add your logo and colors.
2. Add the prizes. For each one you set the name, the stock available and the probability of it coming up.
3. Share it. Download the promotion's QR code or copy its link and put it wherever your customers will see it.
4. Manage the results. Check the participants, download the list as a CSV and confirm redemptions when customers show up.
Where a prize wheel can work
Illustrative examples of how you could set it up. You decide the prizes and the terms.
A QR code on the menu or the receipt invites guests to play after they have eaten or had a drink. Prizes could be a coffee, a dessert or a discount on the next visit. See how it works for restaurants and bars.
A sign at the till or a card with the QR code in the bag can open the wheel after a purchase, with prizes such as a discount or a small gift. More ideas for shops.
A QR code at the booth lets visitors play from their phones, with no lines and no paper forms. Take a look at trade shows and events.
A prize wheel built for you to manage
You define each prize, how many units there are and how often it comes up. With no stock left, the prize stops appearing.
You choose which fields participants fill in, and a consent checkbox is included. That turns playing into a chance to build a relationship: we explain it in collecting customer data.
On paid plans, your logo and colors appear on the wheel and in the emails participants receive.
A participant list, CSV download and prize redemption by QR code or from the dashboard, so each prize is handed over only once.
The wheel and the participant's email are available in Spanish, English, French, Italian and German.
If the prize is a discount for a future visit, the promotion can help with customer loyalty. The result depends on your business and your prizes.
Prize wheel questions
What is a prize wheel for businesses?
It is an interactive promotion: customers spin an online wheel and can win one of the prizes you have set up. With Promyza you create it, share it with a QR code and manage it from a dashboard.
Does my customer need to install an app?
No. The wheel opens in the browser of their phone when they scan the QR code or open the promotion link.
Can I choose the prizes and how often they come up?
Yes. Every prize has its own name, stock and probability, and you define them. When a prize runs out of stock, it stops appearing on the wheel.
Can the same person play more than once?
By default each participant plays once per promotion, identified by email address. If you want to allow repeat plays, you can turn on the allow-duplicates option in the dashboard.
Can I add my logo and colors?
On paid plans you can upload your logo and choose the colors used on the wheel and in the emails your customers receive. The free plan uses the standard Promyza design.
Which languages does the wheel come in?
The wheel and the email sent to the participant are available in Spanish, English, French, Italian and German.
How much does it cost?
There is a free plan with no card required to get started, and paid plans from €9.99/month depending on the participants and campaigns you need.
